$150 Membership for the 10 week term - or part thereof for late starters (includes admission to 4 classes a week, plus the meditation course if you're interested, plus some classes offered during the 2 week holiday following the term).
$20 casual is still offered as well.
Online payments/cash/EFTPOS are available.

This makes regular yoga very affordable to all during these difficult times.🙏💕

Full 90 min classes: 6pm Monday; 6pm Thursday; 9am Saturday (you can leave after 60 min - skip the deep relax and meditation - if you're strapped for time).
60 min class: 10am Friday (encouraged to be chair yoga but standing students are also very welcome).
Meditation Course 7:30pm-8pm Monday and Thursday for 10 weeks starting Monday 29th April (they're repeat classes so you only need to turn up to one to get the course content, but you're welcome to attend both).👍 You can start the meditation course as late as week 2.

You need to book in by texting Kylie, as there are limited spaces (you can create a permanent booking if you like).
Please note that any more than 3 late cancellations (less than 2hrs)/no shows will mean you can no longer book yourself in.

For Studio Classes at the South Coast Dru Yoga Studio, 4 Blue Bell Way Worrigee, please only park on the driveway or the common ground nature strip at the corner or on Rayleigh Dve. 🚗
The studio nature strip can be used for Disabled/Senior parking permits only.
